Boy Scouts & Girl Scouts

Scouting for both boys and girls is an incredible form of youth ministry! Scouting provides an adventure into new life experiences, preparation for leadership and an introduction into service. Scouting is open to everyone! Boys (first grade through twelfth grade) and girls (kindergarten through twelfth grade) are eligible to join a branch of scouts. A scouting program for youth from kindergarten to eighth grade especially fills a significant gap in youth ministry because most youth events target high-school-age children.

Diocesan Catholic Committee on Scouting

We have a Diocesan Catholic Committee on Scouting, standing ready to assist you in your journey into all aspects of Catholic Scouting. We would love to work with you to grow scouting leadership and programs. Please feel free to contact any member of the committee with your questions and ideas.
