Young Adult Ministry
We welcome all young adults in the Diocese of Salt Lake City!
We are dedicated to being a walking companion for you as you continue your faith journey. Our office is guided by three goals as outlined in the USCCB document Sons and Daughters of the Light:
- To help young adults develop their spiritual life rooted in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as their redeemer and savior.
- To help young adults appreciate the teachings and traditions of the Church through catechesis, religious education, and pastoral care.
- To help young adults understand vocation as primarily a call to holiness and Christian maturity lived through single or married life, the priesthood, the diaconate, or religious life.
Young Adult Group
Did you know that St Ambrose, St Vincents, St Thomas, Blessed Sacrament Parishes and the Dioceses are now collaborating on a newly formed Young Adult Group?
The group is open to unmarried Adults ages 21-40 and meets twice a month, including fun activities each month. The group is focused on Spiritual Growth as well as growing interpersonal connections. We study the Catechism in a year and have a Bees Game planned for next Friday, June 7th.
